Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited to your 3jlq account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 3jlq and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Platform, your violation of any rights of third parties, or any fraudulent or illegal activities conducted through your account.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the 3jlq Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
